Live Transit Detroit is the live map of how this city moves — every DDOT bus in 3D, SMART shown live under license, the QLINE on its own tracks. Partnerships fund the platform and the academy behind it. Every partnership on this page is an agreement with AUTOMATEDTECHNOLOGIES, and every rate below is the rate.

Newsletter-only sponsorship lives on the Signal sponsor page — presenting $5,000 per edition, supporting $2,000 per edition, founding rates locked through December 31, 2026.
Places
Branded layers on the map — coffee, food, venues, your locations — labeled "Sponsored" and off by default, so riders choose them. The layer is priced partnership inventory; the rate is set per layer, on request. Fees to AUTOMATEDTECHNOLOGIES.
Pass distribution
Live Transit Detroit does not sell transit passes. Pass distribution partnerships are arranged by direct agreement with the transit agencies; if your organization wants to put passes in riders' hands through the platform — an employer, a school, an event — start the conversation and we will structure it with the agency. Agreements are with AUTOMATEDTECHNOLOGIES.
Agencies
Data, display, and rider-information partnerships for transit agencies, on custom multi-year terms. The platform already runs on agency-published feeds, measured in the open — the same measurement is available to the agencies themselves. Contracting party: AUTOMATEDTECHNOLOGIES.
The guardrails
Partners do not review, approve, or shape coverage, data, or the map. There is no advertising on the map itself — ever. The Detroit Voter Guide carries no partnerships and no advertising; it is funded by no sponsor. We reserve the right to decline any partner that doesn't fit the mission.
